When selecting a name for this project, we searched for a term that would best represent, not only the glamour and elegance of the vision, but one that would acknowledge the team of inspirational women involved in the journey of bringing this project to life. In our search for a name we were excited to learn of a Titan goddess in Greek mythology, personifying force, power & raw energy. Her name is “Bia” and she is sister to the goddess of victory, known as “Nike”. Bia was thus deemed the perfect persona to represent this project. Thus, the name ‘BVIA’ [vee-yah] was born.
